JOIN USCondemning Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar for not giving due representation in the ministry to Scheduled Caste (Right), members of Dalit progressive association federation staged a protest in Mandya on Friday.
The members who gathered near Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar Circle, raised slogans against BJP leaders and expressed their displeasure.
They alleged BJP for following break and rule policy from the day it came to power. Now, the Rights have been kept out of the political representation, they lamented. The BJP, under the leadership of Jagadish Shettar is continuing its tirade in supressing the Rights by supporting the other groups of scheduled castes, they claimed.
Federation leaders Guruprasad Keregodu, M B Srinivas, Ravishankar Bilaguli, T M Bhairaj and others participated in the protest.
