Now, Eshwarappa takes a dig at Sreeramulu

Minister for Power K S Eshwarappa, who had openly opposed Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa’s son B Y Raghavendra’s candidature for Lok Sabha election, has kicked up another controversy by expressing regret against the recent political developments in Gadag district. It may be mentioned here that Health Minister Sreeramulu is incharge of Gadag district.

Addressing a programme in the City on Sunday, Eshwarappa said, “it is unfortunate that despite the presence of veteran politician like H K Patil, the domain of politics in Gadag has degenerated.”

Former minister H K Patil, who is also President of State Urban Cooperative Societies Federation, was a guest at the programme. Minister Eshwarappa’s statement was quite shocking even for H K Patil also, who preferred to react with a smile.
