Easy repayment for KSFC loans

 
Disclosing this to media persons at Martur in Chittapur taluk about 16 km from here on Wednesday, Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa said that it has been decided to extend the offer to all the Small Scale Industries (SSIs) entrepreneurs who have availed loan up to Rs 10 lakh from the KSFC and became defaulters due to various reasons leading to claims, counter-claims and litigations.

Detailed modalities

The Chief Minister said the Finance Department has worked out detailed modalities for the implementation of the scheme and hoped a large number of SSI entrepreneurs will be benefited by it.

According to Yeddyurappa, the one-time settlement scheme was first limited to the borrowers who have availed loan up to Rs 5 lakh only and now the scope has been extended to Rs loans up to 10 lakh.

A government order has been issued in this regard following the decision taken at the state legislature session held in July this year, he added.
