The BJP leadership has issued a set of instructions to all ministers regarding preparations for the programme. The ministers have been instructed to reach Mysore by the afternoon of September 28.
After taking part in the Jamboo Savari, they will be taken to Suttur, where the training programme will be held. The ministers have been asked to leave their official vehicles in Mysore. They will be taken to Suttur by buses. They have been instructed to keep their mobile phones switched off for three days to avoid disturbances during the session.
The ministers will take part in yoga, meditation and lecture sessions. Party senior leader Arun Jaitely and Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi are expected to take part in the event.
Ministers have been asked to come prepared with detailed reports of their achievements in the last one year. The report should deliberate upon whether the grants allocated for their department were sufficient, and their plans for the coming days.
