A rural-based real estate company with a few NGOs organised a trip for 350 children from deprived classes to the IMAX theatre in Hyderabad.

It was an Independence Day treat for the children. Instead of just a flag-hoisting event  by a VVIP and chocolates, the company along with the NGOs chose to organise the 66th Independence Day celebrations in a fitting way and made it memorable for these children.

The children, including orphans from underprivileged sections were, hosted to the treat of a animation thriller Telugu film  ‘Eega’,  a socio fantasy film that revolves around a boy who fights for his love.

State women and child welfare minister Sunita Lakshma Reddy offered to spend the evening with the children and participate in the show with the children.

“Our mission is simple: to make the country’s birthday,  66th Independence Day, memorable for these children,” said P V Ravindra Kumar, CEO of the housing company.
