<p>The pioneer of Indian contemporary dance, Astad Deboo, is all set to perform his first solo in over 10 years at The Concert Arena , The Collection, UB City on December 16 <br />at 7 pm. <br /><br /></p>.<p>The 60-minute solo performance, ‘Eternal Embrace’, will be presented in collaboration with renowned Japanese musician Yukio Tsuji.<br /><br />With a career spanning almost 50 years, Astad has performed in 70 countries, collaborated with world-famous legends such as ‘Pink Floyd’, and worked with the government of India to celebrate the coronation of the King of Bhutan. <br /><br />For the last two decades, he has worked extensively with differently-abled artistes. <br />‘Eternal Embrace’ is choreographed and performed by Astad and composed by Yukio Tsuji. It explores the tension between the ephemeral and material worlds. <br /></p>
