With the season of weddings round the corner, any number of exhibitions to showcase the latest in bridal wear is less. It is to add to this rising market of wedding solutions that The Wedding Atelier was recently presented by DLF Emporio and The Wedding Design Company.

The exhibition presented a majestic wedding exposition this year. The event brought together beauty and grandeur of Indian weddings and the opulence of international luxury brands.

It showcased various indulgences that make wedding preparations and the D-Day extraordinary for every couple. From wedding trousseaus to exquisite jewellery, conceptualised décor to complete wedding planning services, the event provided the to-be-married couples with a complete solution to all their wedding needs.

The brides and grooms had an option to choose from a coterie of 60 uber-luxury international and Indian brands that participated in the wedding centric showcase of unique products.

The Wedding Atelier also saw the launch of the ‘Bridal Registry’ – a first of its kind service in India that assists the to-be-weds in conveying a wish list to their guests. It also makes for an easy selection for the guests to gift something that will be appreciated by the couples getting married. The complete process has been created seamlessly, wherein the couples register and host the list which they can later share with family and friends.

The launch of Emporio’s magazine titled Timeless Weddings was another highlight of the event. The magazine promises to be a veritable guide for couples planning their special day.

The Wedding Design Company with its complete range of services from décor to entertainment, hospitality and logistics, gifting options to make up experts presented the expertise of various artists.

Day one saw floral installations by International floral designer Rob Van Helden, rendezvous with industry experts Vandana Mohan (WDC), Rohit Bal, and make up session with Vipul Bhagat.

Day two saw the presence of fashion stylists like Rob Van Helden, the internationally known floral designer, the well-known wedding photographer Joseph Radhik and Badal Jain a wedding cinematographer.

Fashion Czarina Ritu Kumar also marked her presence at this high-profile event.
