<p>The High Court on Thursday issued a notice to the Bruhat Bangalore Mahangara Palike (BBMP) in a public interest litigation which had challenged the Palike’s inaction on the Bangalore Metropolitan Task Force’s (BMTF) inquiry report in 2009.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The report had pointed towards large scale irregularities in the tendering process in a scheme on free computer training to members belonging to backward classes, minority, SC and ST in the eight zones of the BBMP. <br /><br />The petitioner, Shivananda, said in spite of the BMTF Task Force submitting a report to the Palike in 2009, no action was taken against the respondents.<br /></p>
