<p>Co-operation Minister B J Puttaswamy on Friday said he would resign as the Cabinet minister and join the new political outfit which former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa has proposed to launch.<br /><br />“I will not stick to power. I am ready to resign and go with him (Yeddyurappa), if necessary,” he told reporters.</p>.<p><br />To a question on when the new party would be launched, he gave an evasive reply: “Nothing has been finalised yet.”<br /><br /> On Yeddyurappa threats to topple the Jagadish Shettar government, he said he will never dislodge the government. “Yeddyurappa is our leader. He can always advise us,” he added.<br /><br /></p>
