It was an ode to fashion. The showcasing of Archana Kochhar's stylish and sexy designs for Sanjay Gupta's film Acid Factory, took off in poetic style, literally at that. A dramatised version of the poem, pegged on the movie, introduced the film cast, who also walked the ramp in Kochhar Creations. Aftab Shivdasani, Dia Mirza, Dino Morea, Manoj Bajpai and producer Sanjay Gupta scorched the settings in stunning creative outfits. High octane music from the film and filmi props like masks, hats, guns and handcuffs brought the movie alive on the ramp.

Designer Archana Kochhar's Acid Line collection featured evening gowns and cocktail dresses in red, blue, green and metalics with sequinned empire waist bands and motifs. The men were dressed in tailored coats and metallic shirts.

Dia Mirza in her red flowy embellished gown slit to the thigh was accompanied by Dino Morea, Aftab Shivdasani and Manoj Bajpai — all of them in their chic tailored Italian cut dark suits and embellished broaches.

Archana Kochhar's creation was exclusively designed for the promotions of the Sanjay Gupta production, Acid Factory that is slated to hit theatres across the country on October 9.

She attempted to interpret the bold and the beautiful, just like the cast of the movie.
She emphasises that it’s not a regular collection but one that is dramatised and exaggerated. “I have tried to weave together all the adjectives to create something that would match the character of the movie. My work is best described as stylish, sexy and seductive. There’s a great deal of drama, action and colour plugged into all the cuts and designs. I have experimented with black, red and green,” Archana told Metrolife.
The show drew to an end with a performance by Anchal Datta Bhatia to Jab Andhera Hota Hai, a song from the movie.
