ITDP file missing from ZP CEO's office

Addressing the all members meeting at ZP hall on Thursday, ruling party member H M Sathish brought the issue to the notice of the house.
Sathish said that the ZP members have been belittled and the officials have been behaving according to their will and wish.

He was joined by members Savitha Ramesh, Kemparaj, Anthony, Radha Sundaresh and others. They demanded enquiry into the issue.

ITDP Officer Sathyanarayana said that the files went missing on August 5.
The issue has been brought to the notice of the higher ups and new documents have been prepared.

Deputy Secretary (Admin) Ningaraj said that the files were sent from administrative division to CEO’s office. The files went missing from the CEO’s office. Notice has been issued to officials concerned in this regard.
Flaying this statement, Member Kemparaj said that the file has not gone missing but it has been stolen purposely.

Radha Sundaresh said that it was about 3 years ago that the dicision was taken to purchase the generators for the hostels. Since no positive action has been taken in this regard yet, it manifests the social concern that these ITDP officials have for students.
The issue of transfer of a driver took centre stage after the missing file.

Trying to convince the members, Assistant Secretary said that in the CEO has rights to take such decision. He further said that it was under the recommendation of incharge President Bharathi Srinivas Gowda that the CEO had transferred the driver.
The meeting was chaired by President Gayathri Shanthegowda. Vice-President Manjula Raghumurthy and others were present.
