<p>To reward frequent travellers, the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has introduced a scheme called “Prayanothsava-Travel More Save More” offering 30 per cent discount for the fourth travel with KSRTC. <br /><br /></p>.<p>This offer is available for a passenger who books four travel tickets using the same e-ticket User ID. <br /><br />All tickets must be purchased through e-booking or m-booking.<br />The booking date and journey date should be between February 12, 2013 and March 31, 2013. The discount is valid only for a single seat booking on the fourth ticket, provided tickets booked earlier are not cancelled.<br /><br />The discount can be availed only when all the four tickets are valid for travel. The offer is valid on all KSRTC services and routes / sectors. However, it cannot be combined with any other KSRTC discount offers. If any ticket is cancelled after booking the fourth ticket, the discount will be reversed.<br /><br />Beat weekend rush<br /><br />To help commuters avoid weekend rush, KSRTC has also introduced a scheme called “Prayanothsava beat the weekend rush” scheme, offering a 10 per cent discount on ticket fares for those travelling from Tuesday to Thursday. <br /><br />This offer is valid on advance bookings only, on all KSRTC services. It is applicable for journeys commencing between 00:00 hours on Tuesday to 11.59 pm on Thursday. The booking and journey dates should be between February 12, 2013 and March 31, 2013, a KSRTC release said.<br /></p>
