According to sources, the eye of one Parameshwar (25), a resident of Malemar beach road in Surathkal on the outskirts of the City was injured when a ‘rocket’ accidentally hit his eye. He was rushed to the Fr Muller Hospital for treatment.
The doctor who treated him said “the eye was completely ruptured. We conducted a surgery and cleaned the eye. There is nothing remaining in the eye. The patient has lost one of his eye.”
