The JD(S) on Wednesday filed a complaint with the State Election Commission (SEC) alleging that a pre-poll survey on Assembly elections being aired by a regional news channel was influencing voters ahead of Thursday’s civic polls.
The complainant - JD(S) spokesperson Ramesh Babu - has sought that the SEC direct the news channel to stop telecasting the pre-poll survey and related political analysis.
