Foot bridge collapsed

The foot bridge was constructed one year ago. Though the matter was brought to the notice of the authorities concerned, no action has been taken so far. The students from Kanur, Kattinamane, Jogimakki have to depend on this bridge to go to Kuduregundi school. There is a fear of total collapse of the bridge in the coming monsoon.

The foot bridge was constructed under MLA fund at an estimated cost of Rs 1.80 lakh. Contractors have tried to fill the cracks and have collected a satisfactory work letter from Zilla Panchayat engineering division, alleged Kadegadde residents.
