Soderling to compete in Chennai

Soderling, world number 10, had defeated Rafael Nadal before losing to Roger Federer in the final of the French Open this year.

Marin Cilic, the winner of the previous edition, has already confirmed his participation.
“Chennai Open is a much awaited event in the international tennis circuit. India is a fascinating country and I am looking forward to visiting India and playing at the tournament this year,” Soderling said in a press release.
