Ingredients: Palak 2 bunches chopped, dil 2 bunches chopped, methi 2 bunches chopped, onion 1 chopped, green chilly paste 1 tbsp, red chilly powder, 1 tsp, turmuric half tsp, garlic crushed 6, tomato 2 chopped, oil 1 tbsp, salt to taste, toor dal 1/4 cup, channa dal 1/4 cup, tamarind pulp 1 tbsp, sambar masala powder 1 tsp (not huli powder)Method: Put all the ingredients in a cooker, add 2 cups of water, pressure cook for 3 whistles and cool. Mash slightly. If it is thick add some more water, tamrind pulp, salt, 2 tbsp coconut gratings and cook for a while.Seasoning: Heat 1 tbsp ghee, add onion, dry red chillies 2, curry leaves, crushed garlic 6, add to the above curry. Maskayi

Ingredients: potato 2 chopped, ridge gourd chopped 1 and half cups, onion 1 chopped, green chilly paste 1 tbsp, turmuric half tsp,red chilly powder 1 tsp,salt to taste,tomato 2  chopped,tamarind pulp 1 tbsp,coconut gratings 2 tbsp,toor dal half cup,oil 1 tbsp,sambar masala powder 1 tbsp.Method: In a cooker, put all the ingredients, add 2 cups of water,salt, pressure cook for 4 whistles and cool. Mash slightly, add tamarind extract,sambar masala powder and coconut gratings.cook for a while.Seasoning: heat 1 tbsp ghee, little mustard 1 onion chopped, 6 garlic crushed,2 dry red chillies, add to the above curry. Bassaaru

Ingredients: Mixed greens 4 cups chopped (palak, dil, methi, dhantu, arave, chakotha), moong gram half cup or toor dal half cup and salt.Method: Put all the ing in a cooker with 1 tbsp oil, turmuric and salt. Give 1 whistle release the pressure after some time.Strain, keep the stalk and greens separately.Paste: 1 onion burnt directly on gas, peel the skin and chop, tomato 1 chopped, garlic 6, tamarind 1 tsp, turmeric 1 tsp, roasted geera 1 tsp, roasted green chillies 10, coconut gratings half cup, fresh corriander leaves, quarter cup of cooked greens. With very little water, make a fine paste.Method: Heat 1 tbsp oil,add mustard seeds,1 onion chopped, curry leaves, 2 red chillies, add the paste, fry well, add the stalk and cook for 10 min. Adjust salt and water accordingly.Palya: Heat 2 tbsp oil, mutard seeds, chopped 1 onion, chopped green chillies 4-8, curry leaves add the greens(cooked), fry well, adjust salt and lastly add coconut gratings.
