The two-day ‘Food Hospitality World’ event, showcasing the latest trends and technologies in the hospitality industry will be held from June 12 to 14,
11 am to 7 pm at Karnataka Trade Promotion Organisation (KTPO), No. 121, Road No. 5, EPIP 2nd Phase, Whitefield Industrial Area.

Spread across two days, the exhibition will feature the latest trends in cooking.
There will be popular chefs from across the world, showcasing their culinary skills in international, Indian, traditional and modern cuisines.

The chefs will also demonstrate how they employ the latest technology, high-tech equipment and new food products.

There will be over 300 exhibitors, bringing a range of ‘new to market’ products in kitchen equipment, bar, wine accessories, glass and glassware, cutlery products, lighting and controls, bakery equipment, food decoration products, food packaging, refrigeration, ready to eat foods, food additives and ingredients, gourmet food, organic produce and a host of other products.

The ‘food and beverage’ section will feature speciality and fine dining, sweets, snacks and confectionery, fresh fruits and vegetables, bread and bakery, grocery products, coffee and tea, frozen food, meat and poultry, dry foods including pasta and rice, olive and edible oils just to mention a few.

The ‘hospitality’ wing will have food display equipment, commercial refrigeration equipment, hospitality technology, commercial coffee machines, food
decorative products and air conditioning technology.  

There will also be seminars and presentations about food and food-related issues.
