Something, Something
Telugu (U) ¬¬¬
Director: Sundar C
Cast: Siddarth, Hansika Motwani, Brahmanand, Ganesh Venkataraman, Samantha, Duggabati Rana, Kushboo

Siddarth is back to doing what he does best. Play romantic hero. With director Sundar C providing him perfect platform with his Tamil-Telugu bi-lingual Something, Something (Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru ), Siddarth plays the romantic role to the hilt.

A software egineer, Kumar, dejected in love, is short on confidence, and unable to express his love when Sanjana sashays into his life. His misery is that he has to live upto his erstwhile lineage comprising of grandfather, father and two elder sisters, who, as destiny would have it, were successful when it came to conquering cupid and poor Kumar has to keep up to this unsullied reputation. But kindergarten spent with girls having go at him and giving him nightmares, Kumar simply shuns and shies away from all the feminine form.

Further, George, his colleague too is head over heels in love with Sanjana. However, with Prem Ji, coming to Kumar’s aim providing him with all tips and tricks of trade to woo his winsome maiden it’s comical, chuckful, roller-coaster ride into romance and courtship.

Something, Something falling between two stools of outright comic to lowly ludicurious, is saved by performances, of Brahmanand working his patent magic and in full flow, and Siddarth giving him rightful company. Hansika plays the perfect foil. Something Something, turns out timepass outing for cupid couples to moon over the matinee movie’s rendezvous. Walk in.
