<p>Speaking to <em>Deccan Herald</em>, Bajrang Dal Convenor Sharan Pumpwell said that they acted upon a complaint by a certain Shiva, who was allegedly forced by a certain Vincent and Ashalatha, to get converted into Christianity.<br /><br />When the group arrived at Vincent’s home, they reportedly found literature meant for conversion. One of the members in the group even claimed that they assaulted a certain Manjunath who has already been converted. However, he denied the same with the police.<br /><br />Sharan Pumpwell told <em>Deccan Herald </em>that Vincent and his group had already converted five persons and were planning to convert another 20.<br /><br />When contacted, ASP Amit Singh who visited the spot, said that the police will enquire into the allegations.
