A bunch of youngsters with a strong passion for music have joined hands and are putting together a music album called Aarohi.

A preview to this album, which is likely to be completed in August, was played at a press conference held at the Renukamba Theatre in Malleswaram.

These youngsters, who are part of the video, was present at the event.

“We are trying to create an album with nine videos. What we want to convey is about the potential that women have, which they often don’t realise,” said Niranjan Deshpande, who acted in the video.

The group said that they would complete the shooting of the album soon. “We will be marketing it as CDs,” he explained. Akshay, the concept director of the video, said there were hardly any Kannada albums and which is why they made an effort to work on the same.

“In Hindi, there are numerous videos, whereas that is not the case in Kannada. I am confident that the album will be used for films,” he added.

According to Manjunath K Ravin, the director of the video, it was the theme of
love that they were trying to explore.

“It’s about loving and love failures. However, we have portrayed it in a different way,” he explained.

“Those who have acted in it are mainly fresh faces,” he added
According to Pavitra
Gowda, who has starred in two films and acted in this video, said that she enjoyed working in it.

“Each video is different from the other. Since it was my first album, it was a different experience. I shot for it for five days and really liked the theme,” she explained. Similar was the case with Saniha Reddy, who said that she had ‘learnt a lot during the shooting’.

“We have not been briefed about what the complete video is about. There are five videos and four album songs,” she explained.
