<p>Actor Arjun Rampal feels fortunate to be sharing the screen space for the first time with veteran star Rishi Kapoor in upcoming film 'D-Day'.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The movie sees Rampal as an Indian Armed Forces officer while Rishi plays the baddie named Goldman. Directed by Nikhil Advani, the film hits the theatres this Friday.<br /><br />"Rishi Kapoor is a phenomenal actor, he has brought realism to his character. His performance is worth watching. I have been fortunate to work with him," Rampal told reporters here.<br /><br />This is 40-year-old actor's second release this year after 'Inkaar'.<br /><br />Rampal, who is playing an Indian Armed Forces officer in the film, said he took up the role after a lot of contemplation.<br /><br />"I feel very proud after watching the movie. My decision to do it has been hundred per cent worth it. When Nikhil wanted to make this film, he wanted to present a different kind of thriller which has realism, commercial sense and an edge... I think we have achieved that," the actor added.<br /><br />Rampal says he worked hard to get the right look for his character.<br /><br />"We really worked hard on the costumes. We were shooting in Karachi so I had to look like them."<br /><br />The movie also stars Irrfan Khan, Shruti Haasan, Sandeep Kulkarni and Huma Qureshi in lead roles.</p>
