HC allows commandos' deposition

 A division bench comprising justices J N Patel and Amjad Sayed said the prosecution and the defence in the case will question the commandos on their tactis used to handle the terror attack.

The court said that the state has to obtain the HC’s permission before calling any more commandos as witnesses except the three summoned by the trial court. The order was passed in response to the central government petition, challenging the special court’s decision to summon three NSG commandos to depose.
