The incident came light on Saturday morning when one of the CMC employees arrived at the house to repair a water pipeline and found the back door open. He immediately brought it to the notice of Commissioner S Vijaya Kumar. The miscreants gained entry into the house through a window in the bathroom. Dog squad has been pressed into action and finger experts have been called in from Davanagere.
