Stating that the concept of ‘private cloud’ has been around for at least five years now, said VeriSign India Country Manager Shekhar Kirani, said VeriSign, along with CA-Browser Forum, recently launched EVSSL (Extended Validation SSL), a security certification solution that displays a green bar on the browser to indicate users the legitimacy of the site.

“Experience has shown that implementing EVSSL has significantly customers being targeted,” he said, adding they also offer VeriSign Identity Protection (VIP) for enterprise and cloud customers, which generates dynamic password to be provided along with log-in information.
