<p>A CBI court hearing the Aarushi-Hemraj murder case today fixed October 10 for start of the final arguments in the case.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The arguments were to begin today but the case could not be taken up as condolence was announced after the death of a lawyer.<br /><br />"Lawyers' union announced a one-day condolence following an advocate's death, due to which the procedure of final arguments in Aarushi-Hemraj murder case could not begin today. Court has now fixed the matter for October 10," said Manoj Sisodia, counsel of dentist couple Rajesh and Nupur Talwar.<br /><br />Earlier today, The Supreme Court rejected the plea of Talwar couple seeking the reports of polygraph, narco-analysis and brain-mapping test conducted on their three helpers, who were the initial accused in the murder of their teenage daughter.<br /><br />Aarushi was found dead with her throat slit in her bedroom on May 16, 2008.<br /><br />The initial suspicion was on Hemraj whose body was later found on the terrace at their residence in Jalvayu Vihar in Noida on the outskirts of Delhi.</p>
