Utilise generous grants by State and Central govts

She said, the State and Central governments were keenly interested in increasing the standards of education and hence, it was sanctioning grants generously. These grants should be properly utilised by the educational institutions in improving the quality of education, she said.

She was speaking after inaugurating the cluster-level Metric Mela , at Nonavinakere village of Tiptur taluk, recently.

Yellamma called upon all the students to increase their general knowledge, display keen interest in the academics, participate in the extra-curricular activities and mould their personalities and become good citizens.
Inaugurating the exhibition on Study Kit Materials, Akshara Dasoha Director Ramachandrappa advised the students to make use of suitable study kit materials, in accordance to the subjects.

The study kits facilitated the students in preparing for their studies.
CAEO Siddaiah, Head Mistress Sharadamma and CRP B R Ramachandraiah were the chief guests on the occasion. The teachers who strived for the success of the Matric Mela and Study Kit Materials exhibition were lauded for their efforts.
