<p>Even as Seemandhra legislators of the TDP and the YSRC refused to leave the Assembly after adjournment and continued their protest till late night, against the manner in which the T-Bill was tabled, over 20 ministers from the Seemandhra region huddled with Chief Minister Kiran Reddy to chalk out a plan of action for Tuesday. <br /><br /></p>.<p>The chief minister reported sick and did not attend the Assembly on Monday.<br /><br />Sources at CM’s camp office that the chief minister is keen on attending the Assembly on Tuesday despite his ill health. <br /><br />The chief minister who along with his colleagues watched recording of the post-lunch session of the Assembly where Legislative Affairs Minister Sridhar Babu initiated discussion on the bill. He is understood to have said that as a leader of the house, he will ask for a BAC meeting before taking up the Bill for discussions.<br /><br />State Minor Irrigation Minister T G Venkatesh after meeting the chief minister told reporters that the there will be a protracted discussion on the Bill and later a prolonged legal battle over Article 371-D which needs to be amended before proceeding for division of the state.</p>
