Government headquarters, instead of Judges Layout

In their application, the contractors stated that the Quarters will be constructed at the said place as directed by the Government, as the Judges did not want this Colony which was proposed for them. Earlier, the petitioners, HSR Sector II Resident Welfare Association had challenged the Govt’s decision to construct the Judiciary Layout on the playground. The HC which heard the matter has adjourned the matter for two weeks as the Counsel for the petitioner A V Amarnathan sought time to file objections.
