Kushal Reddy (2/43) and Nagaraj (2/51) scalped two wickets each for Minerva CC.
Chasing a tricky 233 for victory, Minerva CC were bowled out for 202 in 41.1 overs with Sidith wrecking their batting order with six wickets for 44 runs.
