<p>The North division police claimed to have arrested four persons and recovered jewellery and other valuables worth Rs 5.75 lakh. <br /><br /></p>.<p>The suspects were identified as Putta alias Dinesh, a resident of Sunkadakatte, Gopi of Thotadaguddadahalli, Girish of Kamakshipalya and Balraj alias Kumar of Kamakshipalya. <br /><br />The police said the four would target lone women and elderly persons for snatching chains. On a tip-off, the police arrested them when they were about to attack a woman at Mahalakshmi Layout market, the police said. <br /></p>
