KRRS members protest power hike

 The BJP government in the State has been inefficient in providing power despite all the reservoirs in the State being full to the brim. In addition to the failure in providing  power to the State’s people, the government has hiked power, alleged KRRS leader C G Ningappa.
Members of the KRRS staged a rasta roko against hike in power in the State on Sunday at Nagaiah Reddy Circle.

Also, the distribution of essential food items through the PDS is inefficient in the State. This hike in power will affect the poor, the marginal, dalits and the farmers. If these issues are not addressed immediately the KRRS will undertake a severe struggle against the State government’s policies, the KRRS members said.
