A City Civil Court on Tuesday issued a non-bailable warrant against Andhra Pradesh legislator Akbaruddin Owaisi in connection with a complaint against him for an alleged inflammatory speech.
The court directed the Andhra Pradesh police to produce Owaisi before it on March 18. Dharmapal, a City-based advocate, had filed the complaint.
