NLU Jodhpur wins moot court contest

The 18th All India Moot Court Competition organised by the Society of Mooters, University Law College concluded here on Sunday. National Law University of Jodhpur bagged the Winner’s Trophy in the contest. 

As many as 32 teams from various law colleges across the country took part in the contest held from February 21 to 23. Prominent advocates judged the contestants.

National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Cochin, was declared the runners-up. Mansi Rangunath of National Law University, Odisha was conferred with the Best Lady Advocate award while Samanth Krishna from Ram Manohar Lohia Law College was selected for the Best Advocate Award. Shraddha Nigam, a student of NLSIU Bangalore, was selected for the Best Researcher award. 

Justices Ram Mohan Reddy, Huluvadi G Ramesh and Jawad Rahim of High Court of Karnataka were present.
