Sreesanth hurt the little finger of his right hand while practising at the nets but Dhoni played down any injury scare ahead of the match. "He hurt his finger a bit but it's not too serious. He would play tomorrow," Dhoni said at a pre-match press conference.

Sreesanth turned in a match-winning performance in the second Test in Kanpur, taking a five-wicket haul in the first innings. India won the match by an innings and 144 runs to take a 1-0 lead in the series. The Kerala pacer spent 19 months in wilderness before being picked in the playing XI for the Kanpur Test.

Lankans to miss Dammika again due to injury
Sri Lanka will miss the services of paceman Dammika Prasad in the third and final cricket Test against India here tomorrow as he has not recovered from the hamstring injury picked up during the series-opener in Ahmedabad.
"Dammika has not yet recovered from the hamstring injury and he wouldn't be available for the third Test," Sri Lankan team manager Brendon Kuruppu said.
Prasad, who has taken 13 wickets in four Tests, returned figures of 2-106 off 22 overs in India's first innings during the first Test in Ahmedabad but could bowl just 13 overs in the second essay.
He did not play the second Test in Kanpur, which the Lankans lost by an innings and 144 runs inside four days.
His injury may lead to the inclusion of either Nuwan Kulasekara or Dilhara Fernando in the Sri Lankan team.
