Five students of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore have emerged national champions in the CFA Institute Research Challenge, 2013-14 and will represent the country at the Asia Pacific finals to be held in Singapore in April.
The CFA Institute Research Challenge is known as an “Investment Olympiad” where a team’s skills such as investment report writing, equity research and valuation are tested.The team comprises Soumya Gupta, Pratik Jaipuriar, Saakshi Mahajan, Siddharth Agarwal and Abhishek Agarwal are all in second year, PGP and major in finance.
A number of top management institutions from across the country also participated in the competition.
