<p>BJP leader and former cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu Saturday said he will not fight the Lok Sabha polls from anywhere except Amritsar, which he currently represents.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Talking to reporters after a meeting with party president Rajnath Singh, Sidhu said he had no problem with senior party leader Arun Jaitley fighting from Amritsar but he would refrain from the electoral battle. <br /><br />"I had promised the people of Amritsar I will always fight polls from there. Arun Jaitley wants to fight from Amritsar... He is my guru... (I) will accept whatever party decides. I will not fight from anywhere else," he said.<br /><br />Sidhu added that he will never ask for a seat. "I have never asked for a ticket, I never will," he added. Jaitley, presently leader of opposition in Rajya Sabha, is likely to fight Lok Sabha polls from Amritsar as per party sources.<br /><br />Sidhu was offered Kurukshetra in Haryana, and also West Delhi seat, but the former cricketer refused, the sources said.<br /></p>
