SWR extends service of Miraj Express

The Southwestern Railways has continued the service of Yeshwantpur-Miraj-Yeshwantpur express train till July 1.

According to a press release, the train will operate twice a week. Train number 06517 will leave Yeshwantpur on Mondays and Thursdays at 8.40 pm and reaches Miraj at 10.15 am the next day.

The train will pass through Tumkur, Arsikere, Davangere, Hubli, Dharwad, Belgaum and Kudachi. In the return direction, train number 06518 will leave Miraj on Tuesdays and Fridays at 4.45 pm and arrives at Yeshwantpur at 6.20 am the next day.

The train will have two AC bogies, two second class sleeper coaches, eight ordinary bogies and two second class luggage-cum-brake vans, according to a press release.



DEd results on March 20

Bangalore:  The Karnataka State Secondary Education Examination Board will declare the results of DEd supplementary examinations on March 20.

The result sheets have been dispatched to the principals of District Institute of Education and Training in respective districts, according to a press release.
