Vehicles stranded on Shiradi Ghat

The movement of vehicles on Shiradi Ghat continued to be affected for the third day on Tuesday with two gas tankers falling into pits. 

Trucks have been stranded for a distance of more than 40 km on the Bangalore-Mangalore National Highway. Light motor vehicles are being diverted via Charmadi Ghat.
