Fashion is a requisite for the younger lot. With the temperature soaring, students are slipping into comfortable clothes but with sophisticated looks that will make them stand out.

While many prefer to wear clothes that go with their personality, there are those who follow the trends.

Mixing and matching will always remain in fashion but the students also point out that the comfort factor will always remain evergreen.

Monisha M, a second-year student of BCom from Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College of Women wore a top from Vero Moda and trousers from Annabelle and teamed it with loafers from Rawhide and a purse from Totally Hot Stuff.

I like wearing such clothes as they make me feel sophisticated yet comfortable. Fashion is distinctive yet a habitual trend but style is about being independent and sensuous. Fashion is a tool that defines one and one’s style."

Nabeel, a  second-year BA student from Oxford College of Arts wore blue drop-crotch pants from Rattrap and teamed it up with a black T-shirt from Lee and a pair of brown shoes from Lee Cooper.

Summer is when one can mix and match things and try different types of looks. Comfort plays a big role in what I shop for and I always see to it that my clothes make me feel at ease."

Anjali,  a first-year student of Microbiology from Oxford College of Science wore a white chiffon shirt from Commercial Street and a pair of Palazzo pants from Tibetan Plaza. She teamed it up with silver sandals from Commercial Street.

I like to experiment with style and try different types of looks all the time. I go with the trend and keep on updating my fashion sense.
