The Supreme Court on Monday admitted a PIL seeking direction to the Election Commission to declare the parliamentary election results of each constituency “as a whole” and sought a response from the poll panel.
The petition contended that revealing results ward-wise or per voting-machine basis affected the privacy of a citizen’s right to vote.
