Permission sought to file charge sheet

 The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a memo seeking permission to file the charge sheet against former Minister B Krishnaiah Setty in connection with the allegations of bank fraud against him.

During the hearing of the matter, CBI counsel submitted the memo and sought the Court’s permission to file the charge sheet.

Justice Subhash B Adi adjourned the matter after the petitioner’s counsel sought time.
