Come weekend and the City’s culture afficionados, art-lovers and shoppers are in for a treat as ‘Flea080’ is back and this time with the theme of a colourful Village Mela.
The event will be held at the Phoenix MarketCity from June 27 to 29 starting with a midnight flea market.
‘Flea080’ boasts of over 80 stalls showcasing the best products from across the country, be it an exciting range of jewellery, clothes and hair accessories, home and art decor, quirky gift items, kitchen accessories, leather products, paintings and lots more.
Promising to create the ambience of an Indian village fair with oodles of freshness and colour, ‘Flea080’ offers a host of fun-filled activities including traditional games, folk music and dance shows, camel rides, puppet shows, pottery workshops and more. It’s the perfect carnival experience and after a day of shopping, visitors can treat themselves to some delicious goodies and live performances by City-based bands.
One can also see a number of unique and creative products made by women entrepreneurs. The event will be held on June 27 (5 pm to midnight), June 28 and 29 (11 am to 9 pm) at Phoenix MarketCity, Whitefield Main Road, Mahadevapura.
