<p>Madhya Pradesh High Court Judge who was accused of sexual harassment by a junior judge said he is ready for the death sentence if founded guilty, reported NDTV.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The HC judge have written to Madhya Pradesh Chief Justice offering to face any probe regarding the issue.<br /><br />The additional judge wrote to CJI and others on August 31 saying "I was left with no option but to resign, so, I resigned on July 15 in compelling, humiliating and disgraceful circumstances to save my dignity, womanhood, self-esteem and career of my daughter," .<br /><br />CJI R M Lodha said in the morning that he will seek report from Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh.<br /><br /> "If this is how a mother, sister and wife can be treated, who is herself no less than a judicial officer duty-bound to protect society and law, what constitutional goals are we serving?" the judge who made the allegation wrote in her complaint.</p>
