Tata Sons becomes govt partner

Tata Sons, the promoter of the major operating companies of the Tata group, said it has been appointed by the Ministry of Labour and Employment as knowledge partner for work in employability and entrepreneurship.

The partnership was formalised in the form of a MoU that was signed on Friday, the company said in a statement.

“The partnership entails working with the ministry in the areas of employability and entrepreneurship by providing thought leadership, conceptual frameworks, policies,” it said.
