The CoE will support the launch of Thomson Reuters new 'Customer Migration Service', aimed at reducing the 'end-to- end' cost and time required for major risk management software upgrades, a company release said.
Sunil Gupta, Vice-President, ITC Infotech, said "A dedicated team from ITC Infotech is currently working jointly with Thomson Reuters to respond to a real market need. The migration service will allow customers to quickly maximise the benefits from Thomson Reuters latest software, by focusing our specialist quality assurance expertise on their unique sustem configurations.
"By creating customised quality assurance plans we can ensure that their migration is as efficient as possible in terms of 'end to end' cost and duration", he said.
