Available in seven and six colours, Rodeo and Duro, respectively both the bikes come with 8bhp, 125cc four-stroke engine, front fueling, and large storage space, M&M said.
While Rodeo boasts of several car-like features including a trip metre, tachometre, digital speedometre, et al, the Duro is equipped with wide brakes, among other features.
Briefing reporters, M&M President (Two-Wheeler Sector) Anoop Mathur said “Both the bikes have incorporated technology inputs from Taiwan’s Sanyang Industry Company Limited (SYM) & Italy-based Engines Engineering, besides M&M’s R&D expertise.” Claiming that the new scooters create a new segment in the market — the power scooter segment — Mathur said they offer the comfort of a scooter and provide the thrill of a motorcycle.
