<p>Arnold Schwarze-negger, Hollywood actor and star of blockbuster film “The Terminator”, on Monday met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalitha at the state secretariat.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The 67-year-old actor, who was also the former governor of California, was in the city for the audio launch of a Tamil movie. He interacted with Jayalalitha for nearly 25 minutes and talked about the various challenges the government faces in Tamil Nadu.<br /><br />“It was fantastic to sit down with Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalitha before our event tonight (Monday night) and talk about her state’s success and challenges. <br /><br />That’s the advantage of being an actor who was also a governor!” Schwarzenegger tweeted after the meeting. <br />He, however, did not talk to the large number of reporters waiting for him after the meeting, but posed for cameramen. Hundreds of government staff at the secretariat rushed to catch a glimpse of the Terminator star.<br /><br />Shortly thereafter, Schwarzenegger left for the audio launch of director Shankar’s multi-crore movie “I”, which stars Vikram and Amy Jackson and features a score composed by Oscar winner A R Rahman.<br /><br />The actor had expressed his desire to meet Jayalalitha, with his team having sent a letter to the chief minister’s office a few weeks ago.<br /></p>
