DC warns against sticking handouts on govt buildings

Even writing on the compound walls and government buildings in block letters are banned, said Deputy Commissioner V Ponnuraj.

According to a press release, handouts are not pasted on private building walls. The pasting of handouts and writings spoil the beauty of the building. Stringent action will be initiated against those who indulge in it. Officials also should be alert in this regard.

Action
The handouts pasted on RTO, Taluk Pachayat, Wenlock hospital are found even to this day.  In this background, it has been decided to take action against those who do not take license from Mangalore City Corporation for pasting handouts in the city limits.

The concerned department heads should see that handouts are not pasted on the building, the release added.
