<p> Three persons drowned at Kaup beach on Saturday</p>.<p>. <br /><br />According to the police, Jagadish Rao (36), Harsha (14) and Sunil (32) were washed away by a huge wave. The body of Jagadish Rao was recovered. All the three hail from Ummarabettu in Karkala. <br /><br />A family of 12 persons had come to the beach. Harishchandra, Parjwal, Harsha, Jagadish Rao and Sunil were playing in the water when they were washed away by the wave. <br /><br />The locals could rescue Prajwal and Harishchandra from drowning. Rao was working at a lamination shop while Sunil was a worker at a garage. <br /><br />Harsha was the son of Harishchandra and Bhageerathi and was the student of a school in Bangalore. He had come to his native place to celebrate Deepavali. <br /><br />Bhageerathi and her family was supposed to return to Bangalore on Sunday.<br /></p>
